I thought this case was GREAT… at first. It was nice looking (especially for the price) and had the features I wanted (had a cover and said cover flipped UP not to the side, enough padding). Also, I didn’t notice any smell. The last cover I purchased closed with a magnet — which completely messed up my iPod. This one does use magnetic closure on the “snap”, but at least it is to the back side of the cover and not sticking directly to the iPod body, so it is not interfering with my iPod.
However, if you will notice, the top layer of the leather just above the volume control… it is just flapping in the breeze. I wish it was attached at the corner above the volume controls because now it is so loose, the iPod is always slipping out. Especially when my children are using my iPod, which is when I need it protected the most! (Some versions of this case are connected above the volume controls, for a tighter hold.)

Bought this case as a gift and will work wonderfull for my niece new Ipod touch.. Now she can take it anywhere and it will be protected. And her fav color was a plus.

I just want to say that I first thought that this company had cheated me, because of a series of mishaps completely out of their control, but they went OUT OF THEIR WAY to make sure that I was satisfied with their product as well as with their service.
I sent them a few e-mails and THOUGHT I got no response…but I was wrong! When the company realized I was not getting their e-mail responses, they went out of their way to contact me on the phone and when we realized I had not gotten their product, the man from the company simply sent me another right away. (Since then, a neighbor who had been out of town for a month brought the original one over to my house with apologies to me and the sender…)
I just want to publicly apologize to the company and the man who contacted me about the whole incident! They are honest and helpful, extremely patient (the guy COULD have been pretty mad, but remained calm) and they go out of their way for their customers! I want to thank them so much for a really cool little product! It looks nice & is really useful.

A very elegant little case. Great design and construction, especially at this price point.
Be aware though, after 3 months of very limited use, the green color has faded noticeably.

I purchased this for my iPod Touch recently and I was very pleased when it arrived. It’s well constructed and is quite stylish. It is an excellent offering for the price. I may purchase another one in another color, I like it so much!
